The Telebourg is open every day from 8.30 am to 11.30 pm.
Closed for maintenance on Tuesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

« Carré neige » is a locally based insurance, created by the skiers for the skiers
By subscribing to « Carré Neige » you become a member of the Savoie Ski Performances underwriting association, which supports Savoie skiers and participates in the training of champions.
It may covers : cost of search and rescue, refund of ski pass + ski lessons in case of accident.

GOOD TO KNOW : RESCUE ON THE SLOPES IS NOT FREE!
For example: the cost of rescue for a knee sprain with evacuation by sledge to the Valmorel doctor’s surgery is around 700 €. We therefore advise you to take out Carré Neige insurance when you buy your skipass to avoid having to pay these costs in advance.
Additional Information
For any purchase of skipasses on skipass.valmorel.com, access to the ski area is ONLY possible through VALMOREL from the departure points of the following ski lifts: Planchamp, Doucy Combelouvière, Celliers, Lanchettes, Le Rocher, and Pierrafort. The skipasses are personal, cannot be lent or given, even to a family member.
Free pass for children under 5 and seniors over 75.
The last valid day of the pass issued for a child under 5 will be scheduled at the latest on the day before their 5th birthday. These passes can be collected at the ski lift ticket offices upon presentation of proof of age and an ID card for a daypass or more*.
Recyclable passes are subject to a refundable support deposit of €3 per pass for all passes and can be refunded at the end of your stay at the ski lift ticket offices or from partner merchants in the resort.
Proof of eligibility will be required for the issuance of any free or reduced-rate pass:
– Student (post-secondary) = presentation of the student card.
– Person with a disability = issuance of the ski pass only at the ticket office and upon presentation of the “CMI Invalidité” disability card or the orange 80% card.
Dogs are allowed on the ONLY ski lifts accessible to pedestrians (Lanchettes, Mottet, Pierrafort, Planchamp, Celliers & Combelouvière) provided they wear a muzzle and a harness.
