This summer, Valmorel expands its mountain biking offer with a brand-new beginner zone, located at the top of the Pierrafort gondola — the perfect place to learn safely and confidently. This specially designed area features fun, progressive trails to help riders build their skills step by step.
Warning: pedestrian passes are available only at the Bourg sales point (Rue du Bourg).

With 33 marked trails across 365 km, Valmorel offers a massive playground to let your creativity run wild. Winter already brings its share of surprises in Valmorel… just imagine what summer has in store!

• Where to buy pedestrian & MTB passes? Available at the Bourg sales point (Rue du Bourg).
• When? From 8:30 AM to 12:45 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:45 PM, from July 04 to August 30, 2025.
• Free access for children under 5 and seniors over 75 (with valid ID).
• Day and Season Passes are strictly personal and non-transferable. Season Passes (+photo) are nominative.
Additional information
The Télébourg, Celliers and Doucy would not be operating this summer.
Children under 1.25 meters tall must be accompanied by an adult to board a chairlift.
Dogs are allowed on the lifts but must wear a harness, and for category 1 and 2 dogs, a muzzle is mandatory.
In the event of a thunderstorm, lift operations may be suspended without prior notice.

Valmorel Bike Park map – 33 Trails over 365 km of marked terrain!
Mountain Biking in Valmorel means:
4 disciplines : Downhill (DH), Enduro, Cross-country (XC), and E-MTB (VTTAE).
Marked trails:
➤ XC (Cross-country): 1 green / 3 blue / 2 red / 2 black
➤ Enduro: 2 green / 2 blue / 4 red
➤ Downhill (DH): 2 green / 2 blue / 1 red / 1 black
A 365 km trail network, expertly marked and maintained, crossing four scenic valleys: Isère, Morel, Nâves, and Eau Rousse.
Two free MTB wash stations available in Valmorel and Doucy Station.
