> Where can I find the number of my rechargeable card?
This number is printed at the bottom left of your card. It consists of 23 digits and always starts with 01-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-X.
> Can I order a rechargeable card?
If you do not yet have a "rechargeable" card, or keycard, it will be added to the price of your skipass, either online or at the lift pass office. The rechargeable card has a 3€ deposit for all skipasses. The cards are refundable at the end of your stay at the ski lift ticket offices or with the resort's partner retailers.
> How do I top up my card?
Directly from home, by visiting our website from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. In the resort, at all our points of sale and on the express sales point.
> Can I top up more than one skipass on the same card?
Yes, as long as the validity dates do not overlap. This is not possible if you have a current season skipass. If you have an active pass and reload another pass on the same card, you will overwrite your initial pass.
> Can I top up a card from another resort?
Any media with a DTA number in the format 01-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-X can be reloaded, provided it is in good condition.
> Is there a loyalty programme?

> Where can I find the number of the ski patrol?
The emergency number is indicated on all Valmorel skipasses and on the slopes map! You can also call the 112.
> How can I get my photo taken at one of the photopoints from the ski area?

> I lost an item on the slopes, who should I contact?
All lost items are recorded and centralized at the Valmorel Municipal Police.
Do not hesitate to also ask at the Tourist Office!
> Where can I dispose of my waste?
You will notice that there are no bins directly on the Ski Area. Bad weather such as wind and snow could blow the waste around. Wildlife could be attracted by food scraps, disturbing their natural behavior and diet.
This is why it is important to bring your waste down to the village of Valmorel. We encourage you to use the moloks (large underground containers) to sort your waste.
> Are there free ski lifts?
Yes, the Cheval Blanc drag lift and the Bois de la Croix magic carpet in the Crève-Cœur area. The Télébourg is free only on Fridays from 4:00 pm and all day Saturday.
> For beginners, what are the learning zones?
On the Valmorel Ski Area, there are several beginner zones.
– Bois de la Croix & Cheval Blanc: a free area in the heart of the resort, Crève-Cœur sector, with a magic carpet and a drag lift
– At the top of the Pierrafort gondola: Roches Blanches & Malatrai: a high-altitude area with a magic carpet and a drag lift
– At the top of the Planchamp gondola: a sunny high-altitude zone with a magic carpet next to the Village Pirates
– Doucy: an area with the Combelouvière chairlift and two drag lifts
> Are there free activities on the Ski Area?
The Valmorel Ski Area offers 5 free activities, by reservation, including:
Groomers ride: try to win a ride in a snow groomer - Registration by lottery.
The mission of the ski patrol: go up before the slopes open with the Ski Patrol to discover behind-the-scenes of their job. Red slope level required and valid skipass.
Snow safety equipment learning: learn the right gestures to handle your avalanche transceiver with the Valmorel Ski Patrol. Requires a valid skipass.
The snow factory visit: discover the secrets of snowmaking. Blue slope level required and valid skipass.
Visit of a lift station: the experts from the ski lift service reveal the secrets of how a gondola works. Requires a valid pass and a pair of spare shoes (ski boots are not allowed).
> Can I order a pedestrian pass online?
The pedestrian pass is not available for sale on our website. Depending on weather conditions, pedestrians are not allowed on the Ski Area for safety reasons. To buy your pedestrian pass, you can go directly to a lift pass office or to the express purchase points.
> Can we pay with holiday vouchers?
Yes, we accept ANCV "paper" holiday vouchers for payments at lift pass offices, as well as ANCV Connect online on our website and at the ski lift ticket offices.
> Can we buy a pass to ski only on the Valmorel area?
VALMOREL skipasses are sold for durations of 4 hours and 1 day. From 2 consecutive days, you automatically benefit from a skipass valid for the entire Grand Domaine.
> I am a beginner, is there a special offer?
Yes, there is a beginner skipass for adults and children, available only at lift pass offices. This skipass gives you access to areas adapted for beginners. More info here.
> When does the 4-hour pass start?
The 4-hour pass starts at your first gate scan; you choose when it begins! Be careful, if you take the Télébourg, your 4-hour skipass may be activated.
> I don't ski much, is there a special offer?
If you want to ski without dedicating the whole day, the consecutive 4-hour skipass is made for you! The 4 hours start at your first gate scan. This pass is valid only on the Valmorel area.
> Is there a group price?
To enjoy skiing with friends, choose the Tribe-Family pass to benefit from an immediate 10% discount on 6 to 15 consecutive days Grand Domaine passes. The Tribe-Family pass is valid for group purchases of at least 3 pass (6 days or more) Adult/Child/Senior of the same validity dates, ordered in one transaction.
> Do you have a special price for disabled persons?
A 50% discount on the public adult price applies upon presentation of the Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) for the skier and their accompanying person. Priority cards are not accepted. More information at ski lift pass offices.
> Do you have a special students discount?
The student discount applies for skipasses from 1 to 6 days Grand Domaine, upon presentation at the lift pass office of a valid student card by the holder.
> What documents should I keep in case of a problem?
Your order confirmation must be presented in case of a subsequent request (loss, malfunction). It will also be necessary in case of an accident if the Carré Neige insurance was purchased with the skipass.
> What are the advantages of ordering online?
Buying online allows you to benefit from exclusive online promotions, also accumulate points via your loyalty programme, and above all, go skiing without queuing at lift pass offices!
> I want to buy a skipass, do I need to provide an ID photo?
A photo (ID format) is required only for skipasses of 9 days and more.
> Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, upon simple request via our online contact form by providing your order number.
> I did not receive a payment confirmation, what should I do?
Check your SPAM folder! Not receiving confirmation does not mean your order was not recorded. Before making a new order, request a verification by phone: +33(0)4 79 09 80 26 (office hours) or use the online contact form.
> I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you are reloading cards; already in your possession, you have nothing to do except not forget your skipasses! If you bought new rechargeable cards, make sure you requested home delivery. If so and you have not received anything in your mailbox, contact us via the online contact form and we will provide a solution. Please be sure to provide your order number.
> I lost my client account password, what should I do?
No worries, click on "Forgot password" and enter your email address, your login details will be sent to you directly. If your email address has changed, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or via the contact form so our team can update your email.
> What is the delay to receive my skipasses?
We recommend ordering your skipasses at least 15 days before your first ski day if you want them delivered home before your departure. If in doubt, and up to 24 hours before your first ski day, you can select a " Click & collect " pick-up point in the resort when ordering online.
> I changed my email and/or I can no longer log into my client account, what should I do?
Send us a request via the online contact form providing your detailed contact information.
> Why should I create an online account?
When you create an account, the data you enter for the first time (contact details, rechargeable card numbers of the family, birth dates, etc.) will be saved for your next purchase.

> Is my skipass nominative?
The skipass is nominative, personal, non-transferable and cannot be loaned or given away, even to a family member. In case of control on the Ski Area, you risk a fine.
> Is insurance included in my skipass?
Rescue on slopes is chargeable! Example: rescue costs for a knee sprain with evacuation by sled to the Valmorel medical center amount to approx. €680. We therefore advise you to subscribe to Carré Neige insurance when purchasing your skipass to avoid advancing these costs. Guarantees and conditions of Carré Neige available here.
