The best things about Valmorel

Safe pistes,
few crowds

There's plenty of space for everyone at Valmorel, so the pistes are safe and never over-crowded. The ski area (165km of pistes) is relatively large for the amount of resort accommodation.

Fun
for everyone!

The Grand Domaine has 11 leisure zones specially designed to provide fun activities for all levels and ages! The Pirate Village, at the heart of the ski area, is great for younger children, when teenagers will want to hang out in the snowpark and cruise the snowcross and boardercross runs...

Beginners
welcome!

There are dedicated safe areas for beginners and timid skiers who want to find their ski legs before venturing further afield on Valmorel's fabulous pistes.

What's new?

Express Skipass Purchase Point

A brand new heated space next to the Crève-Cœur skipass office, with 2 interactive self-service terminals from which you can buy skipasses or recharge your keycard in a few seconds.

Pirate Village upgrade

There are new features in the Pirate Village for even more fun and games for younger skiers.

New high-speed chairlift "La Biollène"

The Biollène intermediate skiers zone has been updated with a brand new 6 seater high-speed chairlift, which replaces the old slow 4-seater and two drag lifts. Overall 40 pylons have been removed making a large, safe zone at the heart of the ski area. And what's more, all these improvements have been carried out by local Savoie companies.
